The Landings Airport • 66TE • Granbury, Texas

The Landings at Pecan Plantation — taxiway living around its own runway.

The Landings is a private, gated fly-in community inside Pecan Plantation. It has its own paved runway, concrete taxiways, self-serve fuel and homesites designed for pilots who want their airplane close to home.

Pecan Plantation has two separate airports.

This guide covers The Landings Airport (66TE), Runway 17/35. The older Pecan Plantation Airport (0TX1), Runway 1/19, is about 1.8 nautical miles west and has its own community guide. Pilots and buyers should never treat the two airfields as interchangeable.

Homesites and hangars

Not every lot offers the same aviation access

The developer describes taxiway homesites of roughly 0.75 to 1.5 acres, with room for a custom hangar after the home is built. The broader development also includes acreage homesites. An acreage address at The Landings should not automatically be marketed as a taxiway lot.

Before making an offer, confirm the recorded taxiway access, hangar rights, minimum home size, building sequence, setbacks, architectural approval, association dues and any current assessments for that exact property.
