Overview
One community. Two completely different ways to fly.
Aero Estates is a private residential airpark community on Lake Palestine near Frankston, Texas. Its biggest distinction is the combination of Aero Estates Airpark (T25), with a lighted Bermuda-grass runway, and Aero Estates Seaplane Base (TX1) on the lake.
The community has been fully developed and all original lots have sold, but homes, lots and house-and-hangar properties occasionally become available from individual owners.
